Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Intern will support our marketing team in executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing across various platforms, including social media, SEO, and content creation. The internship is paid, and exceptional performance may lead to a full-time opportunity with NorthStar Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

• ONLINE REPUTATION MANAGEMENT
• Digital Campaign Support: Assist in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engines.
• Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging content for our social media channels, blog, and website.
• SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor SEO performance to enhance our online visibility.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze digital marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute new digital marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Website Management: Assist in updating and maintaining the Northstar Academy website and digital assets.
• Advertising Campaigns: Support the management of paid advertising campaigns and analyze their results to improve performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience:0-6 months
• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Skills: Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
• Tools: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools) is a plus.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, creative, and organized with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
