    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a creative mindset, and the ability to create compelling content that engages our audience and drives brand awareness. Strong proficiency in spoken and written English and excellent analytical skills are essential for this role.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
    Create, curate, and manage engaging content (images, videos, written posts) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
    Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to foster a positive community and customer engagement.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media activities complement broader marketing strategies.
    Conduct regular social media audits to ensure adherence to best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
    Track and analyze key performance metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions, to measure the success of social media campaigns.
    Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies current and effective.
    Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve marketing objectives.
    Partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our brand reach and engagement.
    Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, monitor performance, and generate reports.

    Requirements
    Qualifications:
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    Minimum of 2+ years of experience in social media marketing.
    Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts.
    Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
    Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar.
    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    Preferred Skills:

    Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
    Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
    Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
    Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.
